What we're looking for 10+ years of hands-on software engineering experience Strong proficiency in one or more of: Java, Scala, Python, Kotlin, or TypeScript Demonstrated experience with or strong interest in AI tooling in a software development context (GitHub Copilot, Claude, Cursor, or similar) Consultative by nature - you can engage directly with clients, navigate ambiguity, and communicate trade-offs clearly Product-oriented mindset: you think about business value, not just ticket execution Ability to operate as a true partner to client engineering teams, not just a resource By applying, you're taking the first step toward joining our network - a community of senior practitioners who share knowledge, collaborate on ideas, and stay connected between engagements.
