Develop autonomous, tool-using AI agents. Own AI systems end-to-end — from design to deployment and optimization. Work with emerging frameworks (LangChain, Semantic Kernel, CrewAI, etc.). Collaborate with product and engineering teams to embed AI into core workflows.What We’re Looking For: 5+ years in AI/ML (2+ focused on LLMs or NLP). Strong background in transformers, RAG, and agentic systems. Python + frameworks like Hugging Face, PyTorch, LangChain, OpenAI. Experience with vector databases (FAISS, Pinecone, Weaviate).
