We’re seeking a hands-on senior developer who can architect and build AI tools while overseeing IT operations—someone who thrives as a one-person innovation engine. What You’ll Do • AI Tool Development: Build and deploy AI-driven solutions for workflow automation, predictive analytics, and clinical decision support. • IT Oversight: Manage MSP performance, infrastructure, and security protocols. • Workflow Optimization: Collaborate with operations to streamline documentation, scheduling, and care coordination. • Innovation Leadership: Translate business needs into scalable tech solutions. Evaluate emerging technologies and pilot new systems. • End-to-End Execution: Own the full lifecycle—from architecture to deployment—with minimal hand-holding.
