Senior Agile Project Manager (Enterprise Applications) 6 month+ contract 100% Remote (Must be local to Dallas, TX) Overview We are is seeking a seasoned Senior Project Manager to lead projects of varying size and complexity across the Enterprise Applications portfolio. This includes small, medium, and large initiatives that support Finance, HR, Supply Chain, Field Operations, Digital Enablement, and Commercial teams. Projects may involve integrations, application enhancements, data and reporting improvements, modernization work, vendor coordination, and release planning across multiple business systems.Key Responsibilities • Lead small, medium, and large cross functional projects within the Enterprise Applications ecosystem, managing timelines, resources, scope, risks, dependencies, and communication. • Partner with business SMEs, architecture, engineering, QA, UAT, and vendors to ensure clear alignment from requirements through deployment. • Support the transition to a release based delivery model by helping teams adopt lightweight Agile practices while respecting existing Waterfall needs. • Maintain all core project artifacts including project plans, RAID logs, communication plans, delivery roadmaps, and executive status reporting. • Coordinate SIT and UAT planning and execution, ensuring clear entry and exit criteria and well managed defect cycles. • Assist with configuring or optimizing work management tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps to support workflow visibility and delivery tracking. • Facilitate backlog reviews, working sessions, release planning, and cross team dependency mapping. • Support vendor management activities including deliverables tracking and integration coordination. • Ensure adherence to enterprise standards including governance, compliance, change management, and documentation. Qualifications • 7 or more years of project management experience supporting Enterprise Applications, business systems, integrations, or modernization initiatives. • Proven success managing small to large, multi-workstream projects with executive visibility. • Experience working in hybrid Waterfall and Agile environments with the ability to apply the right level of structure and flexibility. • Experience with Jira or Azure DevOps for workflow or delivery management. • Strong understanding of SDLC, release management, testing cycles, and cross functional delivery processes. • Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, meeting facilitation, and executive reporting skills. • PMP, CSM, SAFe, or similar certifications.
