The senior advisor will work across the organization and with key partners to drive Climate Power’s campaign to elevate climate urgency in the face of more devastating, frequent and extreme weather and counter disinformation from climate deniers. Primary Responsibilities Develop, build and execute climate urgency campaign strategy, tactics and implementation, including by driving day to day work of cross-department campaign staffCoordinate across Climate Power to align staff work and priorities with our climate urgency campaign goals and objectivesManage Project Manager and consultants as neededSet metrics for Climate Power’s climate urgency campaign in collaboration with campaign staff and department leadsHold cross-team staff and self accountable for achieving metricsAnticipate needs for upcoming fights or key moments, and identify proactive opportunities for Climate Power engagementDevelop and manage campaign budget and support fundraising efforts related to the campaignSteward relationships with internal and external stakeholdersServe as an “on the record” spokesperson for Climate Power as neededAdditional responsibilities may be assigned as need and capacity dictate.
