Engages in integrated selling opportunities with other NFP offices and business lines.Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Produce new business.Increase sales for assigned book of business.Develop and maintain relationships with key client stakeholders.Meet with clients to determine their financial objectives, risk tolerance, income, expenses, and assets.Provide comprehensive financial planning to clients.Offer strategic advice on products and services, such as investments, insurance coverage and debt management tools.Discuss estate planning and work with internal and external resources to meet estate planning goals of the client.Create, maintain and utilize tools for presenting investment data to clients.Act as subject matter expert for NFP services.Review sales results for assigned clients, strategizing changes, and troubleshooting problems.Exemplify a winning attitude and show you care about clients and their financial future.Maintain up-to-date accurate market research and financial opinion insights to ensure optimal expertise are provided to clients.Confer with VP of Sales on setting and achieving integrated selling targets.Report actual results to team and utilize tools such as Salesforce.Maintain compliance with all rules and regulations in the financial industry.Perform other duties as assigned.Knowledge, Skills and/or Abilities: Effective sales skillsExpertise in financial planning and investment strategiesAdvanced ability to analyze and explain market dataKnowledge of financial options, including investments, loans, savings accounts and stock optionsExcellent interpersonal skills demonstrated in communications with both external and internal clientsAbility to anticipate and meet client and team needsDemonstration of project management and consulting skillsEffective time management and decision-making skillsStrong Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint skillsTravel to client offices and work locations 50% of the time, and more travel during periods of heavy activity, such as fall open enrollment seasonEducation and/or Experience: Four-year college degree in a related field, such as finance, accounting, economics, or business.Minimum of 3 â 5 years of financial service experience preferred. The base salary range for this position is $84,000 to $99,000. The base salary offered will be determined by factors including, but not limited to, experience, credentials, education, certifications, skill level required for the position, the scope of the position, and geographic location. Actual base salary offered will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.NFP and You...
