You'll play a key role in ensuring accurate financial records and timely tax filings, contributing to our clients' success and peace of mind. As a Senior Accountant & Tax Preparer, your responsibilities will include: Supervise and mentor Bookkeeping Specialists to ensure accuracy and efficiency Preparing and reviewing individual, corporate, and partnership tax returns accurately and on time. Identify tax planning opportunities, credits, and potential liabilities Maintaining detailed financial records and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations. Providing tax planning advice and identifying potential tax savings opportunities for clients. Collaborating with clients to gather necessary documentation and answer tax-related questions. Assisting with accounting tasks such as reconciliations, financial reporting, and month-end close processes. Staying current with tax laws, regulations, and industry best practices to provide up-to-date advice. Managing multiple client relationships and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Working independently and communicating effectively in a remote work environment.
