Job Details
Key Responsibilities:
Accounting & Reporting
Manage multiple general ledgers, including intercompany activity across both the management services organization (MSO) and affiliated practices.
Prepare and post monthly journal entries; perform reconciliations and detailed account analysis.
Support month-end close activities and revenue recognition processes.
Maintain and track depreciation, amortization, and prepaid allocations.
Assist in month-end and year-end reporting to ensure accuracy and regulatory compliance.
Uphold internal controls by following established accounting policies and procedures.
Ensure financial reporting aligns with GAAP standards and applicable regulations.
Provide documentation and support for audits and financial reviews.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field required.
Minimum 3-5+ years of accounting experience in a multi-site healthcare setting; MSO experience preferred.
Proficiency with Sage Intacct required.
Strong familiarity with healthcare financial operations; experience in pediatrics, Medicaid, or value-based care is a plus.
Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
