Job Description
Ā Develop and uphold precise financial statements and reports, ensuring adherence to GAAP and organizational policies.
Ā Supervise the month-end closing activities, ensuring the timely completion of account reconciliations and financial reviews.
Ā Oversee the accounts payable and receivable processes, ensuring accurate and prompt handling of invoices and payments.
Ā Perform variance analysis, offering insights into budget performance and financial trends for senior leadership.
Ā Work closely with external auditors during the annual audit, providing required documentation and support.
Ā Assist in the preparation and planning of annual budgets and forecasts, collaborating with department heads to align financial objectives.
Ā Establish and enforce internal controls to safeguard the accuracy of financial processes and reporting.
Ā Contribute to special projects and initiatives aimed at enhancing financial operations and reporting efficiency.

The Successful Applicant
Ā Bachelor's degree in Accounting, MBA or CPA preferred
Ā 4+ years of experience with GAAP, month-end close, preferably within a financial or corporate services setting
Ā Public accounting experience preferred
Ā Self-starter, driven personality
Ā Detail oriented mindset
