We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Account Representative to join our team in the Midwest region. As a Senior Account Representative, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing key accounts, and identifying new business opportunities in the protective packaging industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute account plans to drive sales growth and expand existing customer relationships
Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the protective packaging industry
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, prospects, and internal stakeholders
Provide market feedback and insights to inform sales and marketing strategies
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business results and achieve sales targets
Requirements:
4-year Engineering Degree, preferably in Packaging Engineering
Minimum 3 years of sales experience in the protective packaging industry
Proven track record of sales success and new business development
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Familiarity with the protective packaging industry, specifically Corner Posts
What We Offer:
Competitive salary range: $60,675 - $113,040 per year, depending on experience
Annual target incentive of 12.5% of base salary
