The RoleThe Senior Account Manager, Integrated acts as the strategic and operational heartbeat for a portfolio of integrated accounts. This is a critical leadership role responsible for translating complex strategies into actionable plans that drive measurable results. You’ll own the health of client relationships, guiding cross-disciplinary teams to deliver high-quality work on time and on budget. Whether acting as the day-to-day lead or a strategic consultant for the Director of Accounts, your focus is on driving integrated excellence across every touchpoint.What You’ll be DoingClient Leadership: Serving as the primary day-to-day lead for integrated marketing clients, building trusted partnerships and ensuring brand objectives are reflected in every piece of work.Integrated Execution: Owning the end-to-end delivery of retainers and projects across paid media, creative, social, and digital, ensuring seamless transitions from briefing to launch.Strategic Bridge: Translating high-level strategy into clear, detailed briefs and actionable project plans that align with broader business goals and upsell opportunities.Commercial Oversight: Managing budgets, scopes, and timelines with precision to ensure financial accountability and identify growth opportunities within your accounts.Team Mentorship: Guiding internal specialist teams—from Studio to Operations—by providing clear context, feedback, and strategic QA to maintain delivery excellence.Performance Advocacy: Maintaining a deep pulse on campaign trends and market dynamics to provide proactive recommendations that keep our clients ahead of the curve.What We’re Looking ForAccount Management Expertise: Bringing 3+ years of account management experience, ideally from a creative or integrated agency background, to drive high-level client services.Project Mastery: Demonstrating proven project management skills with the ability to navigate multiple priorities, complex stakeholder maps, and tight deadlines.Executive Presence: Utilizing strong communication and relationship-building abilities to confidently present ideas and strategies to senior stakeholders and C-suite leaders.Commercial Intuition: Balancing creative energy with sharp commercial awareness to deliver work that is as effective for the bottom line as it is inspiring.Resilient Problem-Solving: Acting as a solutions-oriented leader who remains calm, focused, and proactive when navigating high-pressure situations or roadblocks.Collaborative Mindset: Working as a dedicated team player with an organized approach, fostering synergy across departments to achieve collective success.Industry Fluency: Applying previous experience with hospitality, lifestyle, or F&B brands and a familiarity with multi-property marketing strategies (preferred).Benefits & Perks401(k) eligibilityMedical, dental, and vision benefitsShort-Term Disability, Long-Term Disability & Life Insurance BenefitsGenerous PTO allowanceParental leaveVolunteering PTOProfessional & Personal DevelopmentStudent Loan Repayment Plan ContributionsWellness Reimbursement ProgramScreen Pilot is committed to creating a diverse environment and is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
