We are seeking an experienced Account Manager tor to join our European sales organisation. SummaryThe Senior Account Manager will be responsible for leading, building and maintaining relationships with existing clients while working closely to identify client needs. This individual is responsible for driving sustainable growth, maximizing customer lifetime value, and ensuring client satisfaction within an existing portfolio. The ideal candidate will be a trusted advisor who can secure long-term revenue, drive the adoption of KORE’s full suite of services, and foster deep, lasting business relationships. This role requires a candidate with direct experience in the IoT, MVNO or MNO industry. The position is remote based with some travel required. We can be flexible on the location within the country. Industry ExperienceThe candidate must have prior experience working in the IoT, MVNO, MNO, or an equivalent sector. Essential FunctionsRepresent the KORE brand in a professional high integrity manner at all timesManage a set of strategic customer accounts, helping them throughout the life cycle and assist in growing their business to increase subsequent device activations on the KORE NetworkDevelop and execute a sales plan to maximize sales opportunities for all KORE service offerings across allocated geographic locationsEstablish and sustain commercial relationships in line with KORE valuesEnsure that all prospects’ technical and commercial requirements are fully understood and communicated internally using established communication protocols including lead management leading management via SalesForce.comMeet specific performance targets including calls, executed NDAs, lead follow-up and qualification, create and manage marketing campaigns, and communicate such activityDevelop and maintain effective relationships across KORE and in particular the KORE Territory Sales Management, Business Development, and Direct Sales TeamsUnderstand and concisely articulate market position and value proposition of KORE and execute on a strategy that works to set KORE apart in the competitive landscape Required Education And ExperienceMinimum of 3+ years of services or product sales/account management experience in the specified geographic market sector Preferred Education And ExperienceExperience in sales of integration or added-value services in an IT environment Skills, Abilities And QualificationsExcellent command of English, oral and written languageStrong organizational skills with ability to prioritize and multi-taskWillingness to learn new technology Preferred Skills, Abilities And QualificationsN/A WORK AUTHORIZATIONMust be legally eligible to work in Europe TravelUp to 30% CompetenciesCustomer FocusIntegrityInitiativeInnovationCollaboration and Results Orientation Kore ValuesCustomer ObsessionWe earn trust through deep understanding and relentless commitment.
