Senior Account Manager, Client Success

Based in Toronto and operating across North America, FundThrough’s AI-powered invoice funding platform gives B2B businesses fast, customized funding offers to get their invoices paid in a few days, rather than a few months, and get quick access to cash they’ve already earned.Requirements3–5 years of experience in Account Management, Client Success, or B2B Financial Services, with direct ownership of a portfolio or book of business.Proven ability to grow revenue, retain accounts, and influence outcomes across teams while managing client relationships commercially.Strong analytical mindset, comfortable working with portfolio metrics like funding volume, utilization rates, revenue trends, and risk indicators.Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to drive outcomes across teams without direct authority (Salesforce experience preferred).Intellectual curiosity and willingness to learn the mechanics of invoice funding, credit, and working capitalBonus: Experience in fintech, invoice factoring, working capital, or other commercial lending environments.Responsibilities: Own portfolio performance, driving growth, client engagement, and addressing at-risk accounts.Build strong client relationships, conduct reviews, and proactively address churn risks.Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and drive outcomes effectively.Monitor risk signals and act early to mitigate potential challenges.Ensure smooth operations, maintain accurate records, and provide client feedback to improve processes.BenefitsOpportunity to leave your mark on a growing startupAn incredibly diverse team of brilliant minds from all over the worldCompetitive compensationFamily-friendly policiesWork from homeBirthday treats, and a lunch of your choice every week (one of our values is Fun & Food!)We believe in transparency and fair pay.
