Role Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Account Executive to expand our presence in the healthcare sector. This remote, commission-only position is ideal for a driven sales professional experienced in the wellness or healthcare industries. You will play a critical role in partnering with hospitals, clinics, and healthcare institutions to introduce and integrate UraWARRIORs mental wellness solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and cultivate relationships with decision-makers in hospitals, clinics, and healthcare institutions.
Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.
Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals, including conducting demos and presentations of the UraWARRIOR platform.
Understand customer needs and requirements to effectively communicate how our solutions meet those needs.
Maintain a pipeline of all sales administration using CRM software.
Attend industry conferences and events to promote UraWARRIOR and network with potential clients.
Qualifications:
Proven sales experience in the wellness or healthcare sectors.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to persuade and inspire.
Self-starter with a track record of effective, independent performance in a remote setting.
Familiarity with CRM platforms and proficient in managing sales pipelines.
Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, or related fields is preferred.
Compensation:
This is a commission-only role, offering a competitive rate of 30% commission on each deal closed. This lucrative structure is designed to reward high achievers and go-getters in the field, providing significant earning potential based on performance.
