Senior Account Executive, Channel & Partners

Job Description: β€’ As the Sr. Account Executive, Channel & Partners you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients and prospective clients in the Faith Based Organization (FBO) and Ministry Adjacent NPO space to increase revenue and client retention. β€’ You will be communicating the value and benefit of our complete portfolio of partner solutions, centered around cross-selling additional products, driving net new revenue through renewals and migrations, and managing the full sales cycle. β€’ Develop new business opportunities within the accounting sector of our business β€’ Manage and grow a portfolio of existing accounts β€’ You will both manage the entire sales cycle, from identifying new opportunities to closing the sale and ensuring customer satisfaction β€’ Present and sell new partner offerings to our clients, ensuring they understand the value and benefit of our solutions β€’ Negotiate pricing and contract terms and conditions β€’ Manage and interpret customer requirements: You will speak with clients to understand, anticipate, and meet their needs, identify and resolve client concerns, and provide excellent customer service β€’ Expand market awareness of our partner offerings and industry experience communicating the value of how they complement our products and services β€’ Develop and maintain core and partner offering knowledge and be an industry expert β€’ Maintain accurate records and forecasting in CRM systems β€’ Work independently while collaborating across internal teams to drive results. Requirements: β€’ Passionate about helping purpose driven organizations β€’ Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience β€’ 3+ years of experience of SaaS sales experience in a business-to-business sales environment β€’ Excellent verbal and written communication, organization and follow-up skills β€’ Demonstrated ability to be resourceful and teachable β€’ Demonstrated ability to establish priorities and exceed sales targets β€’ Demonstrated knowledge of a variety of sales processes, techniques, and technologies β€’ Strong negotiation and analytical skills β€’ Successful closing skills and the ability to solve practical problems β€’ Excellent customer service, time management, and organizational skills β€’ Must be able to work under pressure to meet inflexible deadlines while maintaining composure.
