In this strategic role, you represent UiPath with key institutions such as the German Federal Armed Forces (Bundeswehr), BAAINBw, and other entities focused on national and external security.We are looking for a candidate with a strong network in the Bundeswehr ecosystem, deep understanding of process optimization within public defense structures, and ideally a background in the software industry. Reservists with IT experience or leadership roles in digital innovation within the armed forces are particularly encouraged to apply..Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and develop new business opportunities with the Bundeswehr and external security organizationsDesign and execute go-to-market strategies to position UiPath as a trusted automation and digitalization partnerBuild and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with key stakeholders—from operational units to senior leadershipPresent and promote UiPath’s value proposition through tailored use cases and consultative sellingCollaborate closely with internal teams (Customer Success, PreSales) and external partners (integrators, resellers) to ensure successful deploymentsAnalyze industry and competitor developments to align UiPath’s approach with market-specific requirementsDeliver account plans, business cases, and regular reports on customer needs, opportunities, and risksQualificationsDeep understanding of organizational structures, processes, and procurement dynamics within the Bundeswehr or related institutionsProven sales experience in the software industry, preferably in defense-related environmentsEstablished and reliable network within the Bundeswehr ecosystem (including decision-makers, influencers, and key users)Strong communication skills and the ability to explain complex technical solutions in a clear, outcome-oriented wayStrategic mindset and the ability to work independently with a high level of ownershipMilitary experience or active reserve duty with a technology or leadership background is highly welcomeFluent in German, proficient in English#LI-GW1Maybe you don’t tick all the boxes above—but still think you’d be great for the job?
