Senior Account Executive - Amazon Global Selling Korea

We're seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Senior Account Executive to join our Amazon Global Selling Korea team. As a key player in our KR Global Expansion efforts, you will identify, target, and market Amazon's global marketplaces to South Korean sellers, driving business growth and expansion worldwide.
Job Summary:
In this exciting role, you will leverage your sales and marketing expertise to promote Amazon's global marketplaces to South Korean sellers, fostering relationships and creating compelling solutions that meet their business needs. Your primary goal will be to aggressively market the benefits of selling on Amazon's global platforms, supporting the Amazon Global Selling business in achieving its account acquisition and output objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Analyze customer data and develop targeted marketing and business development plans to drive growth
Implement and track key metrics to measure success and identify areas for improvement
Prospect and acquire new business leads, distributing them to Amazon's global marketplaces to support quarterly quota targets
Utilize Salesforce.com CRM tools to manage account information and respond to business forecasts
Develop a deep understanding of the e-commerce industry, competitive environment, and international markets
Prioritize and complete projects, including competitive and marketplace analysis, to drive business growth
Meet or exceed goals and operational metrics, managing multiple opportunities concurrently
Create and articulate compelling value propositions around the Global Selling service to South Korean sellers
Engage with sellers to understand their needs and gauge fit with Amazon Services
Support internal partners in driving change and increasing participation by local sellers
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or 5+ years of sales or marketing experience in e-commerce, retail technology, or SaaS
Proven experience influencing at all levels within an organization, particularly at the executive level
Experience exceeding sales targets using a consultative, solutions-focused approach
Japanese language capability is preferable but not mandatory
