Your Role as a SEN Teaching Assistant:
Support small class groups in delivering engaging and tailored lessons.
Assist pupils with individual learning plans, helping them progress academically, socially, and emotionally.
Provide emotional and behavioral support to encourage confidence and independence.
Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and other staff to ensure the best outcomes for every learner.
