Requirements • Proven experience in personal training or group fitness instruction is essential. • Strong knowledge of anatomy and physiology as it relates to exercise science. • Familiarity with gym environments, health clubs, or sports coaching is highly desirable. • Experience in program design tailored to various fitness levels and goals. • Previous sales experience in the fitness industry is a plus but not required. • A background in physical education can enhance understanding of effective teaching methods within fitness contexts.
