Now Hiring: Senior Quality Assurance Engineer (QA III) Location: Remote, Inver Grove, MN 55076 (Preference for local candidates for occasional onsite) Duration: 4-Month Contract (High Extension Potential) About the Role We are looking for a Senior Quality Assurance Engineer to join a fast-paced, agile team supporting enterprise-level platforms. This role is ideal for someone with strong test automation, backend/API testing, and financial services experience, who can lead QA efforts across complex, integrated systems. Key Responsibilities • Act as the QA representative within an Agile team • Review requirements & define clear acceptance criteria • Design, develop, and execute test plans (manual + automated) • Perform functional, integration, API, and backend testing • Collaborate on automation frameworks (Playwright/Selenium) • Track defects, manage test data, and ensure quality releases • Support UAT and Go-Live readiness • Provide test metrics, reports, and go/no-go recommendations ✅ Required Skills • 5+ years in QA/QE within Agile environments • Strong experience with Playwright or Selenium • Backend/API testing + SQL expertise • Experience with Loan Origination or Loan Servicing systems • Knowledge of Snowflake • Familiarity with Azure DevOps or similar tools • Experience leveraging AI in testing • Ability to manage multiple initiatives independently ⭐ Preferred Qualifications • Broader financial services domain experience • Exposure to CI/CD pipelines • Strong Agile/Scrum background Why Join BCforward?
