Job Summary of Selector jobs:
This role involves accurately selecting, packing, and organizing warehouse products for shipment to retail stores. The role ensures order accuracy, maintains safety standards, and supports efficient warehouse operations.
Job Duties and Responsibilities of Selector jobs:
ā¢ Pick products from warehouse inventory according to order specifications.
ā¢ Locate items using aisle, slot, and quantity identifiers.
ā¢ Pack, stack, and organize products to prevent damage and ensure safe transport.
ā¢ Maintain a clean and organized work area in compliance with safety protocols.
ā¢ Assist with cycle counts and inventory accuracy checks as needed.
ā¢ Operate warehouse equipment safely, including forklifts and pallet jacks, if certified.
Qualifications and Experience of Selector jobs:
ā¢ High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
ā¢ Previous warehouse or inventory experience preferred but not required.
ā¢ Basic math and reading skills to interpret order sheets and labels.
ā¢ Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
ā¢ Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
ā¢ Forklift certification a plus but not mandatory.
