Seeking Puerto Rico–Based Lawyer (PR & U.S. Law) for Ongoing Legal Support
We are currently looking to engage an experienced legal professional based in Puerto Rico to support our growing company with both Puerto Rico and U.S. legal matters. The ideal candidate should be well-versed in local Puerto Rico regulations as well as U.S. federal laws, and available to start immediately. We would like to begin with an initial meeting to introduce our business, explain our operational structure, and discuss how you can support us on an ongoing basis. Scope of Work (Including but not limited to): Drafting and reviewing NDAs Preparing Terms & Conditions for services/products Advising on data security, privacy, and compliance Drafting and reviewing contracts with clients and partners Providing ongoing legal consultation as needed Requirements Licensed attorney based in Puerto Rico Strong knowledge of Puerto Rico laws and U.S. regulations Experience working with businesses, startups, or service companies Excellent communication skills (English required; Spanish is a plus) Available for short-term and long-term engagement Next Steps Please include: A brief overview of your experience Confirmation that you are licensed in Puerto Rico Your availability for a short meeting this week or early next week We are open to video calls or in-person meetings, depending on preference.
