Seeking part-time Virtual Executive Assistant / Project Manager
SEEKING PART-TIME VIRTUAL EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT / PROJECT MANAGER
THE BUSINESS
We are a family office that invests globally, learns about technology trends,
attends conferences, and organizes learning events.
Specifically, we need help with the projects outlined below.
PROJECTS INCLUDE
- managing our family office communication and emails
- helping with the logistics of attending and organizing events
- tracking guests, calling participants, booking venues
- managing projects, tracking work of other team-members
- managing team schedules as we expand
- analyzing and collecting information
- working with our team to explore the use of AI to improve workflows
TIME COMMITMENT - 10 or so hours / week
ideally, once a day, need an hour or two of your time, including a call and your follow-up work
located in the California time-zone, but we are flexible on scheduling our daily calls
ideally, this will lead to a long-term working relationship
SKILLS
- fluent in spoken and written English (required)
- Microsoft Outlook / Excel / Word / Powerpoint (required)
- basic understanding of finance (optional, happy to teach you necessary basics)
- management skills (optional)
- Wordpress website design (optional)
- AI prompting (optional)
