Requirements
- Must hold an active New York State Real Estate License
- Self-motivated, entrepreneurial, and willing to learn
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Excellent time management and organizational ability
- Comfortable using basic digital tools (CRM, MLS, email, etc.)
- Willingness to attend regular trainings and meetings
Responsibilities
- Represent buyers and sellers in real estate transactions
- Generate and manage leads through company-provided and personal channels
- Conduct market analysis to identify opportunities and pricing strategies
- Schedule and attend property showings and open houses
- Prepare and present offers to clients
- Maintain regular communication with clients throughout their real estate journey
- Work collaboratively with team members, legal advisors, and third parties
