Seeking Executive Assistant for Successful Coach & Speaker!
I am searching for my new Girl Friday, the Robin to my Batman, the Watson to my Holmes.
I run a successful coaching business through which I help authors and female entrepreneurs write and successfully self-publish amazing books.
The role I need to fill immediately (more to come) is for my Executive Assistant, which is the most crucial role on my Leadership Team.
I really need someone available to start immediately (if we hit it off)!
If I do say so myself, this is a pretty sweet gig, Im a fun leader, I treat my team like family, and we have as much fun as we can, when we can!
Its remote/virtual, 1099, and part-time (5-10 hrs/week for now with room to grow), and candidates MUST be based in the US, preferably in EST or CST time zones.
There are some key qualities, traits, and skills you just gotta have to be the right fit, including:
Easy to get along with, friendly, and respectful
Highly communicative and quick to respond
Flexible, personable, fun, and friendly
Must play well with others and have teams spirit
Proficient at basic assistant duties (email, scheduling, organization, etc.)
Super organized and detail oriented (cus Im NOT)
In the last 5 years since launching my business, Ive learned the hard way that years of experience matter way less than compatibility, personality, and attitude.
Candidates who are upbeat, friendly, and have ideas to contribute to the team and the business to help as I grow will be considered above all else.
The most important thing to know is that I need my EA to be someone I can depend on, relate to, have fun with, and turn to on short notice when needed and know that youll be there with a quick and helpful outlook!
Also, confidentiality and trust are paramount to me due to the nature of my business, and I need someone who can keep my secrets, accept me for me, and have my back if/when its needed.
Youll quickly learn that anyone who proves their loyalty to me will always have me in their corner, and Ill protect you, back your play, and go to battle for you against anyone, any time.
