Installation & Configuration Scope Deployment of a licensed Windows Server 2025 (40-core) environment, including Hyper-V with two virtual Windows Server machines: • VM 1: SQL Server 2022 (4 cores) • SQL Server 2022 (4-core) licensing applied to the instance • VM 2: .NET + Angular Application Server (4 cores) All components will be installed and configured on a Dell PowerEdge R740. Scope of Work • Configure Synology NAS in RAID 10 using 4 × 20 TB drives (80 TB total). • Configure RAID 10 on Dell PowerEdge R740 using 4 × 2 TB drives (8 TB total). • Install and configure Windows Server 2025 on the Dell PowerEdge R740. • Deploy a Hyper-V virtual machine (4 cores) for SQL Server and configure storage using Synology NAS. • Deploy a Hyper-V virtual machine (4 cores) for the .NET + Angular application and configure storage using Synology NAS. • Configure Sophos Firewall. • Configure two network switches in active/active mode (Cisco SG350-28P-K9 (28-Port Gigabit, 24x PoE) • Design and configure Hyper-V backups every 8 hours (external or cloud-based). • Configure system monitoring and alerts, including: (Windows errors/warnings, Disk space utilization alerts, Email and SMS notifications) • Provide complete project documentation, including configuration details and screenshots. Engagement & Payment Terms • This is a project-based engagement; we are not hiring for an employee position. • 70% payment will be released upon successful completion and testing of all deliverables. • Remaining 30% payment will be released after three (3) weeks of satisfactory hyper-care support. • Upon project completion and handover, ongoing support may be offered at an additional cost. • Successful completion may also lead to future data center project opportunities. • Under this 1099 contract, Analytical Technical Consulting shall not be responsible for any IRS, state, or local tax obligations.
