- Collaborate with carriers to ensure medication coverage for patients
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of one year of recent call center experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent is required
- Must have active internet service and a quiet workspace at home
- Ability to multi-task while using dual monitors
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude with a willingness to assist others
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Medical call center experience is a plus but not required
- Ability to work flexible hours within the assigned schedule
