As we embark on an accelerated seed-stage capital raise, we invite a seasoned Investment Banking Advisor to spearhead this pivotal fundraising initiative.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Capital Raise: Oversee a seed-stage fundraising round ((250K-)500K) by managing the complete capital raising lifecycle, from developing investor materials to closing transactions.
Investor Outreach & Negotiation: Identify and engage high-net-worth investors. Present comprehensive investment opportunities and negotiate favorable deal terms.
Develop Investor Materials: Enhance and utilize our existing resources to craft compelling and detailed investor materials, including pitch decks, use of proceeds, and financial projections.
Strategic Planning: Formulate a strategic approach for fundraising, prioritizing the right investors and identifying optimal deal structures.
Required Skills
10+ years of experience within angel, venture capital, or private equity capital markets.
Demonstrated history of successful capital raises (ideally ranging from (500K-)5M) for early-stage ventures.
Extensive network of high-net-worth investors and active SEC/FINRA broker-dealer licenses in good standing.
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship management capabilities.
Self-driven professional with the ability to independently manage the capital raise process while collaborating closely with the CEO.
Qualifications
A minimum of ten years of experience in capital markets, focusing on fundraising efforts.
Proven experience in engaging with high-net-worth investors.
