Security Operations and Project Manager

Team Responsibilities Applies statistical techniques & algorithms to drive effective detection, analysis, defense of hacker attacks.Manage and track security projects, engage with cross-teams to provide security education and products for users. Responsibilities Follow up on security incidents, create new incident report documents.Manage security cases, perform detailed analysis, and collaborate with analysts and engineers to reduce case volumes and minimize user asset losses.Draft new security requirement documents and track security product or technology improvements across teams. Requirements Good communication skills and teamwork.Clear thinker and creative problem-solver, able to glean insights, develop a vision and bring it to life with actionable plans.Ability to prioritize tasks when faced with multiple deadlines and operate under tight deadlines.Understanding of case operation workflows, with the ability to handle complex cases systematically and efficiently.Proven expertise in fraud detection, phishing analysis, and an understanding of the dark web and illicit operations.Ability to thrive in an environment of rapid change, moving targets, limited resources, high intensity and cross-functional dependencies. Nice to Have Agile project management experience.Working experience on risk or security systems.
