Securitization Administrator

The Securitization Administrator will execute securitization processes, generate investor reports, and contribute to data analysis while ensuring compliance with CMHC standards. Responsibilities Execute securitization processes in compliance with CMHC standards and regulatory requirements Generate investor reports and maintain mortgage pool documentation using MortgageHub and SAP Contribute to data analysis, audit preparedness, and the development of reporting tools Perform regression testing, resolve system issues, and implement functionality enhancements Validate data accuracy and collaborate cross-functionally to support securitization operations Skills 1-2 years of relevant experience in securitization, mortgage underwriting, or Treasury operations Knowledge of CMHC NHA MBS programs and regulatory reporting (e.g., 2840) Strong analytical, Excel (VBA), and reporting skills A university degree in Business, Economics, or a related field Experience with Mortgage Hub and SAP is an asset Power BI a plus Benefits Generous vacation based on your role, statutory holidays, plus 6 wellness days to prioritize your well-being.
