For experienced preparers, leverage your knowledge to complete complex tax returns, including individual, trust, and partnership tax filings. Qualifications and Requirements Entry-Level Qualifications: A passion for delivering extraordinary customer service and ensuring client satisfaction. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients and colleagues. A willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Basic computer skills to efficiently prepare tax returns. The ability to thrive in a supportive team environment while working independently. Experienced Qualifications: A minimum of 2+ seasons of tax preparation experience, including individual, trust, and/or partnership returns. A strong understanding of tax laws, accounting principles, and finance to accurately prepare complex tax returns. A proven track record of providing exceptional client service in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients and colleagues. Experience in accounting, finance, retail, bookkeeping, or taxes is highly desirable.
