Seasonal Tax Administrator (Denver, CO)

They are seeking a Seasonal Tax Administrator to provide support to the tax team during the busy tax season, assisting with various processes and ensuring data integrity. Responsibilities Assisting with various tax-season processes including assembling/scanning/archiving data, logging in tax returns, preparing internal forms, preparing pre-tax-season files, e-filing, processing of tax files after mailing, and delivering returns Accurately inputting tax data into technology systems including tax software and transcribing confidential client correspondence Coordinating and communicating with tax advisors, managers, and other team members to perform job functions Maintaining data integrity across all systems, confirming data and making updates, and preparing reports Other general administrative duties as needed Skills High school diploma required Attention to detail and ability to take initiative to meet deadlines Strong communications skills (written/verbal) and professionalism Ability to work independently and remain flexible as priorities change Proficient in Microsoft Office – Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint Excellent organizational skills, ability to multi-task, detail-oriented Able to navigate a fast-paced environment with a positive attitude Benefits Company Paid Basic Life & AD&D Insurance Company Paid Short-Term and Long-Term Disability Insurance Supplemental Life & AD&D Short-Term Disability; Accident; Critical Illness; and Hospital Indemnity Insurance Three medical plans offerings including two High Deductible Health Plans and a Traditional Co-Pay medical plan.
