Responsibilities
Prepare quality beverages, whole beans, and food products consistently, adhering to all recipe and presentation standards.

Anticipate customer and store needs by evaluating the environment and customers for cues.

Communicate relevant information to the manager to maintain a quality customer environment during each shift.

Follow operational policies and procedures to ensure safety and security during each shift.

Stock products and maintain organized shelves/stock.
Requirements
Previous barista or food service experience preferred.

Must be at least 18 years old to be considered for employment.

Ability to safely operate coffee equipment and perform accurate transactions.

Strong work ethic and commitment to meeting responsibilities.

Strong customer service skills, including effective communication.

Computer literacy is desired.

Ability to lift 25-50 lbs regularly (with or without reasonable accommodation).

Ability to sit, stand, walk, climb, kneel, and bend for the duration of your shift.
