Seasonal Staffing Administrator - Amazon Hiring Team
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and driven Seasonal Staffing Administrator to join our Amazon Hiring Team. As a key member of our Labor Force Staffing Group, you will play a crucial role in supporting our high-volume recruiting and staffing efforts for various locations. Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and execute recruiting events, ensuring a seamless candidate experience
Assist candidates in navigating the hiring process, including application completion, background checks, and onboarding
Conduct interviews to determine the best fit for candidates and available opportunities
Utilize the Candidate Tracking system to manage candidate workflows and ensure timely follow-up
Meet critical deadlines for background screening, drug testing, and employment verification
Collaborate with Hiring Coordinators to conduct routine audits and analyze metrics
Participate in candidate engagement activities, such as attending job fairs and community events
Resolve candidate issues and remove barriers to hiring
Maintain accurate records and ensure 100% compliance with employment laws and regulations
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred
6+ months of experience in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn multiple platforms
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with attention to detail and organizational abilities
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends, and travel up to 75% locally
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working with Windows, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Knowledge of administrative tasks, such as data entry and report management
Associate's degree or equivalent work experience
1+ year of experience in a high-volume, customer-focused environment
Intermediate Microsoft Word and Excel skills, with ability to create pivot tables and mail merges
Experience with Candidate Tracking systems or other tracking and reporting systems
