Key Responsibilities:
Provide outstanding customer service through outbound and inbound telephone calls, utilizing English and Spanish speaking skills
Maintain accurate and detailed records, including data entry and retrieval, and perform arithmetical computations
Conduct outbound telephone calls to support consumers with health care verification issues
Receive coaching and feedback, and implement changes to improve performance and quality
Participate in internal training and certification programs to ensure compliance with service requirements
Work effectively in a team environment, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced setting
Perform additional duties as assigned, with a focus on meeting production and quality standards
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent required
6 months of experience in a similar role, with clerical and customer service skills
Reliable internet connectivity and ability to pass a background check and drug screen
Nice-to-Haves:
Prior experience with data entry, typing, and outbound telephone calls
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
Ability to multitask using two computer screens and navigate multiple software programs
Effective communication skills and ability to maintain confidential and sensitive information
