Seasonal Remote Contact Center Phone Reps
We are looking for Seasonal Remote Call Center Representatives. Shifts may include days, evenings and weekends. What you’ll be doing and What We Look For: • Speaking with customers on the phone about museum gifts and other products. • Responding to emails and chats • Call center experience • Skilled in reading, writing, and speaking with customers • Excellent listening skills and the ability to ask probing questions, understand concerns and overcome objections • Strong work ethic, self-starter, able to effectively manage multiple priorities and adapt to change within a fast paced business environment • Able to learn and navigate software quickly What our employees enjoy: • $18.00/hour based on experience including opportunities for bonuses • Paid training • Remote Work • Flexible scheduling -Part Time or Full Time, with multiple shifts available (days, evenings, weekends) Requirements: • Be computer/Internet savvy • Enjoy talking and assisting others, be a people-person • Ability to pass a criminal background check • Must be a resident of the state of Florida or Minnesota Apply tot his job
