SEASONAL PART-TIME RECRUITER

Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Part-Time Temporary Recruiter to join our team from March-July. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in high-volume recruiting within a fast-paced environment. Previous experience working in a staffing agency is a plus.
ā¢ *Hours will be 12pm-5pm EST**
Responsibilities:
ā¢ Manage the full-cycle recruiting process for hiring CDL Drivers & Forklift Operators.
ā¢ Source and screen candidates through various channels.
ā¢ Conduct interviews and assess candidate qualifications.
ā¢ Coordinate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs.
ā¢ Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records.
ā¢ Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Requirements:
ā¢ Proven experience in high-volume recruiting.
ā¢ Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
ā¢ Previous staffing agency experience is a plus.
ā¢ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
ā¢ Strong organizational and time management skills.
ā¢ Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
ā¢ Experience using ATS systems, preferably ADP.

ā¢ Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract qualified candidates.
ā¢ Utilize ATS systems to manage the recruitment process efficiently.
ā¢ Conduct thorough employee evaluations and interviews to assess candidate fit.
ā¢ Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and job requirements.
ā¢ Manage the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
ā¢ Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and recruitment metrics.
ā¢ Send job offers to selected candidates.
