Key Responsibilities:
Provide empathetic and personalized support to Amazon employees via phone, chat, tickets, and emails, resolving inquiries and issues in a timely and efficient manner
Build trust and rapport with employees, assessing and adjusting resolution plans to meet their changing needs
Utilize critical thinking and problem-solving skills to analyze and resolve complex employee requests, referring to available documentation and escalating when necessary
Collaborate with partner teams to resolve cross-functional issues, update policies, and improve processes
Maintain high ethical standards, confidentiality, and adherence to data privacy standards when handling sensitive employee information
Requirements:
2-5+ years of experience in contact center, customer service, human resources, or equivalent experience
Proven ability to use Microsoft Office skills and other computer or internet-based programs
Schedule flexibility to support 24x7 operations
Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks, priorities, and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
