About the Role As a Seasonal Housekeeping and Operations Associate, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and safety across all areas of our store. Your primary focus will be on performing daily cleaning tasks efficiently and effectively, as well as completing operational processes to support an exceptional customer experience. Key Responsibilities Cleaning and Maintenance: Clean all areas of the store, including floors, windows, restrooms, and trash receptacles, following Kohl's best practices and standard procedures. Supply Management: Maintain levels of company-approved chemicals and supplies by placing orders to replenish when supplies are low, ensuring supplies are rotated and stored in proper containers. Equipment Maintenance: Routinely complete basic equipment maintenance following company guidelines and complete required training for chemical, equipment, and maintenance. Operational Support: Support the operations team to receive and process product, execute stockroom operations, and omnichannel fulfillment when needed. Customer Engagement: Engage customers by greeting them and offering assistance with products and services, demonstrating a customer service mindset. Teamwork and Communication: Effectively use Kohl's tools and technology to plan, communicate, and share information with the store team, fostering a collaborative and inclusive culture. Essential Qualifications To succeed in this role, you will need: Excellent Customer Service Skills: Ability to multi-task with strong attention to detail and provide exceptional customer service.
