Key Responsibilities: Delivering Exceptional Customer Service

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the primary point of contact for our customers, addressing their questions, concerns, and needs in a timely and professional manner. Your key responsibilities will include:


Responding to customer inquiries regarding product information, delivery details, and order status
Providing product recommendations and alternative solutions when items are out of stock
Processing returns, exchanges, and credits for damaged or defective merchandise
Navigating and resolving customer complaints in accordance with Williams-Sonoma Inc.'s guidelines and policies
Utilizing our systems and tools to manage customer interactions, update order information, and track customer feedback
Participating in ongoing training and development to enhance your product knowledge and customer service skills


Essential Qualifications: What We're Looking For

To succeed in this role, you'll need to meet the following essential qualifications:


A high school diploma or equivalent (GED)
1-2 years of previous customer service experience, preferably in a performance-based or metric-driven environment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
Proficient data entry skills and basic computer knowledge
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities
