Job description:
• Smoker & Company is seeking a Seasonal Front Desk Receptionist for our office located in Leola, PA. The ideal candidate must be comfortable working in a busy front office where efficiency and effectiveness are critical to top job performance. This role is highly visible and will interact with our clients, and other team members both in person and on the telephone. The ability to be professional, friendly, and courteous even when under pressure is key. This position will start on December 19, 2022 and end on April 17, 2023 (unless IR filing due date changes)
The schedule is as follows:
Monday- Thursday 9 AM – 6 PM
Friday 8 AM- 5 PM
Alternate Saturdays 8 AM – 12 PM
Requirements
Responsibilities include:
• Check in Clients
• Help clients
• Client disclosure forms/upload to portal
• Check incoming faxes
• Log & Distribute mail (incoming and internal)
• Coordinate Courier runs/client delivers
• Schedule/re-schedule appts
• Misc. Items
QUALIFICATIONS
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to multi-task and work independently as well as collaboratively with other team members
• Organizational skills
• Typing and data entry skills
• Ability to handle confidential information
