Open availability between 8am-2am EST, 7 days a week

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet performance metrics
Technical Requirements:
PC or laptop running Windows 10 operating system
High-speed internet with minimum download speed of 10 Mbps and upload speed of 6 Mbps
Ability to connect directly to internet service provider modem with Ethernet cable
2 dedicated computer monitors (minimum 13 inches)
VoIP USB headset with microphone and web cam for training
