Iconic Group is seeking outgoing and energetic individuals to join our team as Seasonal Client Support Specialist. Our specialist work closely with our Education Division ensuring timely completion of daily tasks submitted by the Client Services Staff. This position requires a strong emphasis on attention to detail, organization, and innovation.
Duties and Responsibilities
? Establish a positive and organized work environment
? Seek out and identify additional points of contact for customers
? Identify event public relations pictures
? Execution of Mailings
? Assist Client Services Specialist with projects to improve client relations
? Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned
Qualifications and Skills/Abilities
? High school diploma or equivalent
? Image management, visual arts or data entry experience preferred
? Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail
? Critical thinking skills and confident decision making abilities
? Self-motivated and strong work ethic
? Intermediate knowledge of computers, internet operation and proficient in Microsoft Office
? Available to work 9am to 3pm OR 3pm to 9pm and on weekends as needed
