Seasonal Bakery, Packaging, or Shipping Associate – Misericordia Hearts & Flour Bakery Misericordia is hiring for multiple seasonal positions in our Bakery, Packaging, and Shipping Departments. Depending on assignment, you may help prepare baked goods, package holiday assortments, or assemble and ship customer orders. By joining us, you’ll support our mission of providing a community of care and meaningful work opportunities for residents with developmental disabilities, while helping us meet the high demand of the holiday season.We offer $18.75/hour, flexible scheduling, and the chance to be part of a purpose-driven team. Seasonal employment runs from late October through mid-to-late December. While this is a seasonal role, strong team members may be considered for future opportunities across Misericordia. What You’ll Do • Contribute to bakery production, packaging, or shipping to ensure quality and timeliness. • Collaborate with Misericordia residents, volunteers, and peers in a positive, inclusive environment. • Maintain a clean and safe work area, and adapt to additional needs during peak demand.What We’re Looking For • GED or High School Diploma preferred but not required. • Availability for flexible shifts between 7:00 AM and 10:00 PM, including evenings and weekends. • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. • Reliability, a positive attitude, and a strong work ethic. • A spirit of joy — we’re looking for people who can laugh, smile, and find meaning in their work.
