Overview:

We’re looking for a Google Ads Specialist (PPC) to strategize, execute, optimize and report upon successful advertising campaigns effectively for our partners on the Google Ads platform. Your goal is to drive targeted traffic, generate leads, and maximize return on investment (ROI) for both B2B and B2C clients across multiple industries. The Specialist will be an integral part of our fast-growing, collaborative, and entrepreneurial team. We will look to you to assist us in developing and executing Google buys for our partners. The ideal candidate will be a highly detailed, analytical, and solutions-oriented team player with strong relationship-building and communication skills. Responsibilities:
• Set up, optimize and manage Google ad campaigns
• Prepare keyword and audience targeting, organize budgets, track spending
• Follow current market trends and understand our clients’ target consumer patterns
• Works collaboratively as an enthusiastic advocate for our clients’ paid media campaigns and budgets
• Work with creative teams in directing ad copy and asset creation to ensure accurate specs and tracking
• Advise regarding landing page strategy
• Execute digital marketing tactics including bid management, campaign performance tracking, and detailed reporting
• Conduct regular data analysis, monitor campaign performance, identify optimization opportunities
• Closely monitor budget pacing across all campaigns and platforms to ensure accurate budget spend as defined in the media plan
• Compile results and regularly report on campaign performance based on established KPIs and benchmarks
• Present reports to internal media team to communicate performance trends
• Implement and maintain conversion tracking
• Participate in quality control by ensuring campaigns are set up correctly with the appropriate ad specs, tracking pixels in place, accurate budgets, targeting parameters, etc.

Requirements:
• Proven experience getting results for clients using Google Ads campaigns.
• 3-5 years of experience working in Google Ads
• Google Ads certification preferred.
• Experience working in a marketing agency is a plus.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Clear understanding of current Google Ads landscape, features, and future changes, especially as it relates to AI and getting results with automated campaigns.
• Intermediate knowledge of GA4 and GTM.
• Strong analytical abilities and data-driven optimization approach
• Ability to analyze campaign data to drive marketing strategies and actionable insights from data
• Excellent communication skills
• Proficiency in managing multiple projects to tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment among cross-functional teams, and able to discuss priorities with management on an ongoing basis
• Self-motivated problem solver with an innate sense of curiosity and desire to proactively develop their media knowledge
• A commitment to high standards, excellence, teamwork, and our clients
• Quick learner with a think-on-your-feet attitude
• Bachelor's Degree (B.A. or B.S.) or equivalent from an accredited college or university. Advertising, Marketing, Business or Communications preferred.
