Come build with us!Key ResponsibilitiesTest Strategy and Planning:Develop and implement comprehensive test plans and strategies for both manual and automated testing.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand product requirements and design detailed test cases.Automation Development:Design, develop, and maintain automation frameworks for UI and API testing.Write and execute automated test scripts using industry-standard tools and frameworks.Continuously improve and optimize existing automation processes.Manual Testing:Perform thorough manual testing of new features, ensuring comprehensive coverage.Identify, document, and track bugs and defects.Conduct exploratory testing to uncover potential issues in the software.Quality Assurance:Ensure software quality through continuous testing and validation.Review code and conduct peer reviews to maintain coding standards.Mentor junior SDETs and QA engineers, providing guidance and support.Continuous Improvement:Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies in software testing.Implement best practices and new tools to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of testing processes.Required QualificationsEducation:Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.Experience:5+ years of experience in software testing with a focus on both manual and automated testing.Proven experience in developing and maintaining UI and API automation frameworks.Hands-on experience with testing tools such as Selenium, Postman, JUnit, TestNG, or similar.Strong knowledge of programming languages such as Java, Python, or C#.
