• University degree or equivalent education in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a similar qualification.
• Fluency in English written and spoken.
• Minimum 5 years of work experience in digital software development, preferably dealing with client server products for large scale companies.
• Comfortable and able to debug and script in at least one programming language, Java desired.
Knowledgeable in Typescript is a plus.
• Demonstrated experience with automation frameworks for web, API exposed or mobile applications, utilizing Playwright, Cypress, Selenium…
• Experience using additional libraries and frameworks like Cucumber, RestAssured, TestNG…
• Experience using API exploration tools like Postman, SOAPUI…
• Experience with CI/CD tools like Github (knowledge and usage) and Jenkins, Git actions…
• Understanding of Web Services (REST, SOAP) and Databases (SQL, Non-SQL) at user level.
• Understanding cloud application components (UI, API, DB), and digital software development processes and project management tools, JIRA preferred.
• Understanding cloud computing and being familiarized with AWS, Docker, EKS…
• Assertive communication.
• Excellent team player.
• Patient and oriented to detail character.Your day-to-day functions will be:
• be part of test automation work streams to define test automation strategy
• work on as is analysis about test automation maturity of different product/services teams
• develop and further enhance the existing open source based test application framework (based on java), core components are: Selenium, Rest Assured, TEST NG, Appium
• define test automation processes/tools/frameworks to further improve/harmonize test automation platform
• enhance existing platform automation infrastructure with some automation test portfolio in a POC
