Job Title: SDET backend testing (ETL/SQL) Location: Reston, VA (Hybrid) Job Type: Contract Overview: Seeking an experienced Senior ETL Test Analyst with a strong healthcare background to support data-intensive programs involving claims, enrollments, and accumulators. The role focuses on ETL, automation, database, and API testing within an Agile environment. Key Requirements: • 8+ years of experience in ETL & automation testing • Strong SQL expertise (MUST HAVE) for ETL validation • Automation testing using Selenium, Java, Jenkins (SDET profile) • Experience with MongoDB (DB2 to MongoDB migration preferred) • Knowledge of Published Data Views (PDV) • Healthcare domain experience (MUST HAVE) • Exposure to API testing • Agile experience: user stories, defect tracking, sprint ceremonies • Excellent communication and stakeholder collaboration skills Responsibilities: • Develop and execute test plans, cases, and automated scripts • Validate ETL processes, data quality, and database migrations • Identify, track, and report defects with clear status updates • Collaborate with cross-functional Agile teams to ensure quality delivery Apply tot his job
