Duties and Responsibilities: • Minimum of 8 years of overall Salesforce development experience. • Salesforce certifications: App builder, Platform Developer 1 and Platform Developer 2, etc. • In-depth understanding with hands-on experience in Salesforce development, advanced Apex programming techniques, Lightning Web Components, Salesforce APIs for integrations, Controllers and triggers. • Proven team handling and leadership experience with the ability to mentor and guide team members. • Should be open to work as an individual contributor (IC). • Hands on experience in Salesforce Object Query Language (SOQL), Salesforce Object Search Language (SOSL) and implementing and maintaining Salesforce Flows, Salesforce Developer Experience (DX) tools • Hands on with web development technologies like HTML, CSS, and JavaScript using LWC for building custom UI components and integrations along with advanced knowledge of Salesforce administration concepts • Basic understanding of object-oriented programming concepts, RDBMS knowledge with SQL experience and hands-on experience in version control systems (Git/Bitbucket) for code management with CI/CD process • Ability to independently implement and enhance Salesforce features, resolve bugs, create and document relevant unit test cases, drive optimal deployments and complete the tasks in a timely manner. • Proficiency in analyzing complex technical issues, collaborating with teams and stakeholders, and exhibit a commitment to continuous learning by staying updated with the latest features, technologies, and industry trends • Experience in Agile software development methodologies, including working in Agile teams for iterative development with proficiency in utilizing project management tools such as JIRA for issue tracking, and team collaboration • Willing to work in a shift from 2 pm to 11 pm (IST).
