About the Role • 3-5 Years of experience • SAFe certified agile scrum masters • Good Communication • Ran the scrum teams before but intermediate level • 4 days in Office at Montreal • Experience in project scrum leaderships as remove impediments, foster team coordination environment, and guide the team toward embracing agile principles rather than enforcing them mechanically • Become the bridge between business and delivery, ensuring focus on value and reducing friction across the system. Project Summary: The current CL policy architecture relies on BCO/XML, which introduces performance bottlenecks, long release cycles, and maintenance challenges. This business case proposes a phased migration to a new CL Model using JSON and Protobuf serialization to improve agility, performance, and maintainability. Role: Developer to help Intact migrate from XML to JSON for their DOM6 application services. What You’ll Bring with You: 3-5+ years of experience. Candidate must be currently based in Montreal. Must work on-site (hybrid) in Montreal. Strong written and verbal communication skills in English. BA/BS in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
